What is the AG Affiliate program?

A community filled with passionate individuals that share and recommend AG’s most coveted hair and body products to help friends, family and followers feel their best. Plus, AG Affiliates receive a commission with each purchase.

Once accepted into the AG Affiliates program, you’ll access a dashboard that keeps track of your progress and help get you started sharing AG products and content.

Which affiliate program do you use?

We use Impact Partnership Cloud, a robust and renowned affiliate marketing program. For help on how to use the platform as an affiliate partner, please visit their support hub here. 

How do I log onto my AG Affiliate dashboard?

Once accepted into our program, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to log into your AG affiliate account.

What information can I access from my AG Affiliate dashboard?

As an AG Affiliate, your dashboard will provide:

• Referral links
• Banner images, Content, Promotional Assets, and more
• Reports on sales you’ve driven
• Commission earned and payment status
• Brand resources
• Settings

Where can I share my link?

Get creative! Your social channels are a wonderful place to start. You can also add recommendations to an email newsletter (but be sure it’s sent to people who have subscribed and include the appropriate opt-out functionality).

You can send through text and even embed the link on your website.

Wherever you insert the link, each click will take the user to AG’s website and will recognize that it is your unique link and apply your commission to every purchase. 

We kindly ask that you not share your link on any AG social channels. 

How/when will I get paid?

Conversions (sales) are locked in 27 days after end of the month that they took place in. Once they are locked and approved, payment takes place 20 days after the end of the month that they lock. If you drove a sale in October, you should see payment for that sale in December if there are no reversals due to returns etc.

Please add your bank or PayPal account info to your affiliate account. If you are an affiliate partner based in the U.S, you must fill out the W-9 tax form for Impact to release payment.

Will some products ever have a different commission?

Yes! We often feature specific products or deals where you have the chance to earn more money.

I’m not seeing a sale show up!

Don’t worry. It can take 1-2 business days for sales to show up on your account. A reminder that your referral link must be clicked first, and the purchaser must make a purchase through that link for the sale to show up.

If issues persist, please send an email to affiliates@ag.care with order details including order #, purchase date and customer name if you can.

Do I need to hit a quota or a certain amount to receive my payout?

Yes. The minimum threshold for impact.com to autopay is $10 USD (or your local currency equivalent).

Can I create a link for a specific product?

Yes! On your account dashboard you’ll have the ability to create your link to a specific product under “Create a link”. Enter a specific link to any page on ag.care and the system will automatically create your unique referral link that you can share with your friends, family, followers or clients.

Can I use a custom coupon code instead?

Although AG primarily uses links to track sales and commission, custom coupon codes are also created upon registration. You can review and confirm your coupon code in the affiliate portal under Content > Promo Codes.  

Anything else I should know?

Right now, we can only accept affiliates within North America (Canada and U.S) due to shipping restrictions.
